YES if the part number has a Volkswagen or Audi part number it is a genuine part. If if is an aftermarket part we will label it as such.
Minimum amount of time is 4 weeks.

Please email us to discuss any warranty issues. We normally need a mechanics report to prove a part has failed. If it has failed and it is under warranty we will replace it. We cannot warrant hearsay from home mechanics. Imprproper use voids warranty

We pick and ship EVERY working day, 12pm is the daily cut off time. Common times for dispatch are 5 to 6 hours on working days. We normally dispatch last nights orders the next morning.
