Express. Delivery in 1-2 days. Remote areas be 3-4 days - Auspost ExpressPost.

Premium Express. Choose this to put your order to the front of the queue and go on the best delivery service: StarTrack Premium.

Returns
All products Genuine or aftermarket have generally 2 years warranty. Some instances this does not apply to certain products such as some 034 motorsport and others.
Shipping
We pick and ship every working day. Our typical handling time is under 12 hours. We frequently pick your order on the same day it is placed!
We pick and ship every working day. The shipping cut off time is 12 PM. Sydney to Sydney is 1-2 working day and the rest of Australia is 3 to 4 working days. We ship from Western Sydney. There is shipping tab on every product page that explains in more detail.
We use Auspost eParcel, Auspost eParcel Express and Star Track Premium. In certain cases we may used couriers such as TNT.
We ship from Western Sydney. We use Shippit for tracking which sends emails and SMS notifications. You will receive messages when it is shipped and when it is to be delivered on that day. You get a notification on delivery day.
YES - if it says it is in stock, it means IT IS IN STOCK - held locally.
Anything marked as 'order in' means we do not have it in stock, this can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. If you want it place your order and we will 'order it in' for you.

All products marked as "genuine" or not branded are GENUINE. Only aftermarket brands are labelled such as Bosch, Sachs, INA, Lemforder etc. We will nominate the brand if it is aftermarket.
If we have incorrectly advised or sold a product that does not fit due to our incorrect data or direction we will happily refund or swap for working product. We send pre paid shipping satchels in this instance.
