The 034 Motorsport Ethanol Content Gauge Kit for the Audi 8V.5 RS3 and 8S TTRS is the perfect solution to determine the ethanol content of the fuel in the tank. The ethanol content at the pump can be inconsistent from station to station, and can even be inconsistent at the same fuel station over time. Protect the investments made to your RS3 or TTRS, and give yourself piece of mind, by seeing the ethanol content of your latest fill-up before taking your Audi out for a rip.

This fully plug-and-play kit is centered around the highly regarded Innovate 3904 MTX-D Ethanol gauge and flex-fuel sensor. This kit comes with two bezels (gloss black and silver) and two gauge faces (black and white) to provide four different visual options. The supplied OEM-style push-lock fuel fittings make installing the flex-fuel sensor a quick and simple process. The wiring harnesses supplied are the perfect length to locate the gauge in the glove box and provide easy access to power and ground via an intercept cable that taps into the air conditioning pressure sensor harness. Finally, the programming cable allows the user to change settings in the gauge as well as update firmware.

Please email us to discuss any warranty issues. We normally need a mechanics report to prove a part has failed. If it has failed and it is under warranty we will replace it. We cannot warrant hearsay from home mechanics.

Service & Maintenance Guide

Minor Service - Oil Service

Every 10k is a minor service - oil and filter. Do not follow the factory 15K and go 7k for tuned vehicles. Oil is cheap, engines are not!

Intermediate Service

Every 30k is an intermediate service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, brake fluid flush, remote batteries.

Major Service

Every 60k is a major service - oil and filter, cabin filter & air filter, remote batteries, brake fluid flush, fuel filter, DSG gearbox oil and filter (unless automatic, manual, tiptronic or multitronic), spark plugs and haldex oil.

Additional: Water pump & timing belt and poly belt on belt driven engines should be done every 60k.

Intermediate Service

Every 90k is another intermediate service - same as 30k plus a poly belt / accessory belt.

Replace Haldex fluid every 30k rather than 60k, Gearbox oil change at 40k for DSG is advised. Front and rear differential oils are "longlife" but replace every 60k to be safe.
